Damaged Items |

If your item was shipped via FedEx and arrived damaged, you must contact us so we can file a claim with FedEx. You must save all packing materials so the FedEx representative can inspect the package and make a determination of responsibility.

If you feel that the item damage was not caused during shipping, you must return it to us for inspection first. Please contact us for return authorization within 5 days of the receipt. Items must be received by us within 30 days from the time return authorization is issued. We will make a determination in between 1-5 days of receiving the package at our headquarters. Claims take about two to four weeks to process.
