Refunds |

Refunds are issued when we receive the returned package. All refunds are charged back onto the credit card used to make the purchase. Refunds usually take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to process after return shipment has been received.

There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns, unless the product is damaged or returned based on JustHomeDecor's error. Additionally, as our items are not mass-processed and shrink-wrapped in boxes, we must inspect every item returned to us for damage or use. If JustHomeDecor determines that damage was the result of customer's wrong-doing, JustHomeDecor.com will reserve the refund for that item.

On larger items such as furniture and some garden accessories, the restocking fee is 20% due to the bulk of the items.

We will refund your shipping costs only if the return is a result of Just Home Decor's error or manufacturer's defect. When exchanging merchandise for similar items, we will send the replacement (if available) with no additional shipping charges incurred on your part. If your replacement item is larger or heavier than the original package additional shipping costs may apply.

IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items damaged(in a way that we were not warned about) or missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
